PAYMENT

The Customer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed.

ORDER FORMALIZATION / ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF PRODUCT SIZE

Once the order is formalized, Calzados Michel S.L. will always send an email to the Client confirming the details of the purchase made.

Calzados Michel S.L. will accept order cancellations when requested prior to shipment. To make the cancellation you must request it to michel@michelshoes.com

If the customer has received the product, he wishes to request his exchange for another product of a different size, he can contact us through michel@michelshoes.com

Michel Shoes will bear the costs of transporting the product of the correct size when the destination countries of the size change are Spain, for the rest of the countries belonging to the European Community, the customer will bear the shipping costs to the Michel Shoes offices of the shoe of incorrect size, and Michel Shoes will bear the shipment of the new model with the new size.

When the shipment is made to countries outside the European Community, the customer will bear the costs of returning and shipping the new size.

RETURN OF AN ORDER

Michel Shoes guarantees the return of your order within 14 days of receiving it as long as it is in the original conditions in which it was delivered.

To proceed with the return of the order, please contact us through michel@michelshoes.com providing the following information:

A name
B. Order number
C. Bank account number

Once the email requesting the return of the order has been received, we will contact you to inform you how to proceed as well as the delivery address.

The return will proceed as long as:

1. The product is in the same conditions in which it was sent, as well as the corresponding packaging and boxes
2. Attach the order invoice and the corresponding delivery note.
3. The customer will bear the cost of shipping.

The return of the product will give rise to the refund of the price of the product, less the shipping costs of the same if they are borne by Calzados Michel S.L.

Michel Shoes will manage the return order through the same system that was used for payment within 48 hours from the check of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order.

Michel Shoes will not accept in this case any product returned at “due expenses or cash on delivery” and reserves the right not to accept the return that does not comply with the above particular contracting conditions.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

The claim for a defective or damaged product due to transport must always be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

The return of the product will be made unused and with the original packaging.

In the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, the corresponding shipping costs will also be reimbursed to the customer and the handling costs will not be charged.

Please keep in mind that our skin is totally natural, so you must understand that if the skin has any type of irregularity it is due to this factor and it is part of its own inherent characteristics, which makes it an absolutely unique product.

Once the returned product has been received, Michel Shoes will examine it and determine the refund of the amount, if applicable.
