SHIPPING & RETURNS
All product prices shown on the website include VAT and other taxes that may correspond, for purchases made in the EU.
All products for Spain and the Balearic Islands have free delivery costs from € 60 of purchase. For orders under 60 € the shipping costs are 10 €.
For Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the rest of the EU, 25 € shipping costs will be added when purchasing.
The Customer agrees to pay when placing the order.
The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to his order by means of payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and / or other similar cards), or PayPal. This window is beyond the control of MICHEL SHOES S.L., its Issuer being responsible for any incident that may arise with it, and must contact said entity if it is confronted with this situation.

ORDER FORMALIZATION / ORDER CANCELLATION / PRODUCT SIZE CHANGE
Once the order has been formalized, MICHEL SHOES S.L will always send an e-mail to the Customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
MICHEL SHOES S.L will accept order cancellations upon request before sending the order. To make the cancellation, you must make a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the customer has received the product, he wishes to request an exchange for another product of a different size, he can contact us at email@example.com.
MICHEL SHOES SL will bear the costs of transporting the product of the correct size when the countries of destination of the change of size are Spain, for the rest of the countries belonging to the European Union, the customer will bear the costs of ‘expedition to Michel’s offices. the wrong size, and Michel will take care of shipping the new model with the new size.

RETURN AN ORDER
Michel guarantees the return of your order within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in the original conditions in which it was delivered.
To proceed with the return of the order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following information:

Once the return order request email has been received, we will contact you to tell you the procedure and the delivery address.
The return will be made as long as:
1. The product is in the same conditions in which it was sent, as well as the corresponding packaging and boxes.
2. Attach the invoice for the order and the corresponding delivery slip.
3. The customer will bear the shipping costs.
The return of the product will give rise to a refund of the price of the product, less the shipping costs thereof if they are the responsibility of MICHEL SHOES S.L.
MICHEL SHOES S.L will manage the return order through the same system as that used for payment within 48 hours from the arrival control at the warehouse of the returned order.
MICHEL SHOES S.L will not accept in this case any returned product at “costs due or against reimbursement” and reserves the right not to accept the return that does not comply with the specific contractual conditions above.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The complaint for a defective or damaged product due to transport must always be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
The return of the product will be unused and with the original packaging.
In the event that the delivered product is defective or erroneous, the corresponding shipping costs will also be refunded to the customer and the management costs will not be charged.
